In support of the only 5-year, fully expensed warranty in the industry, Teseq USA and Germany have completed the MILMEGA 3-day service training course.
Held at MILMEGA on the Isle of Wight, the 3-day training course covered all aspects of servicing and maintenance of MILMEGA amplifiers.
Servicing of MILMEGA products sold into the USA and Canada will now take place at the Teseq Inc Service Centre in Edison NJ. Teseq GmbH will provide service capability for Germany from it’s premises in Berlin.
Our fully expensed warranty means MILMEGA bears all the costs associated with a warranty repair, including labour, components and both-way transport costs (packaging, shipping, insurance). So the cost of ownership of your MILMEGA Series 2000 amplifier, over the 5-year warranty period, is predetermined as zero. This remains unique to MILMEGA – we are serious about quality.
How do we do it? It’s all to do with the amplifier topology and a conservative design approach to all aspects of engineering – RF, mechanical, thermal and firmware.
An amplifier utilising our CSA (corporate structure amplifier) is entirely modular, demonstrates a high repeatability of build and performance, has proven exceptional reliability and should you be unlucky enough to have a problem, is exceptionally easy to service locally.
