According to an Associated Press story the U.S. Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee approved a bill in Washington, that might allow States to conduct wireless cell phone jamming in prisons to stop inmates from organizing crimes from behind bars. The panel sent the measure to the full Senate for consideration.
