Wurth Electronics Midcom Inc., a developer of custom magnetics, has released a new series of surface mount transformers for use with the SN6501 transformer driver for isolated power supplies.
According to the company, the new transformers accommodate voltage levels ranging from 3V to 5.5V on both the input and the output. The transformers have a dielectric isolation rating of 2500VRMS for one minute and satisfy functional insulation requirements for a primary circuit at a working voltage of 400VRMS.
