AVX Corp., a manufacturer of advanced passive components and interconnect solutions, has released a new series of sub pF varistors for over-voltage protection in a range of applications, including antennas and RF circuits and automotive high-speed information systems, touch controls and displays.
According to the company,” the new automotive sub pF AG series of varistors “feature a capacitance value of 0.8pF in a compact and low-profile 0402 package” and “exhibit high reliability and low insertion losses, offer multi-strike capability, and are RoHS-compliant and AEC-Q200-qualified.”
