The NCV7321 is a stand-alone local interconnect network (LIN) transceiver from ON Semiconductor that targets demanding automotive applications. This low-power, mixed signal device is a replacement for the AMIS-30600 single-wire LIN transceiver and offers superior EMC and ESD performance as compared to that earlier product. The LINv2.1 and J2602-compliant NCV7321has the same functionality as the AMIS-30600, but features a different pin-out that offers customers alternative sourcing for existing LIN transceivers. Automotive body and comfort applications for the NCV7321 include tire guard ECUs, receivers for remote entry key, electronic steering locks, window and sun hood lifters, alarms, and seat movement and mirror controllers.Look for more product information at the ON Semiconductor website.
