Fairview Microwave introduces a new family of RF and microwave power amplifiers that offer high reliability and broadband frequency ranges from 0.5 MHz to 20 GHz.
The amplifier series is best suited for use in demanding environments and applications such as electronic warfare, military communications, radar, telecom, medical, test & measurement, point-to-point radio and SATCOM industries. The amplifiers were specifically designed to withstand harsh environments and shock and vibration exposure. Several amplifiers in the series were designed to meet MIL-STD-202 and MIL-STD-810 environmental test conditions standards.
The series offers an operation temperature range of -55 to +85 degrees Celsius, saturated output levels up to 100 watts, a single positive voltage supply range of +12 to +42 Vdc and small signal gain levels ranging from 11 dB to 58 dB. Some models also have integrated heatsinks and cooling fans for better heat dissipation.
