The MCM Series of rugged, metal-case convection-cooled power supplies from XP Power have been crafted especially for deployment in harsh and physically demanding environments. Also, the series offers EMI performance to MIL-STD 461E/F standards for both conducted and radiated emissions and susceptibility. Sealed against dust and water, the unit’s metal case is equipped with affixing holes for mounting on an equipment shelf or inside customer equipment. The casing also helps to dissipate heat so the device will operate at high temperatures. Five models are available within the series, providing output voltages of 12, 15, 18, 24, or 28 VDC. Input voltage is in the range of 90 – 264 VDC. The supplies operate at full output power between -40 and +50 degrees C and derate linearly to 50 percent at 70 degrees C.Find the original product announcement on the XP Power website.
