Rohde & Schwarz has entered a new partnership to address the North American EMC market.
Rohde & Schwarz and Albatross Projects Group, a German supplier of EMC test setups, have globally collaborated for more than 20 years on turnkey solutions and EMC test systems for CISPR, IEC, automotive and military standards.
“Rohde & Schwarz is the only company on the market to continuously offer standard-compliant EMC T&M solutions for more than 40 years,” Dietmar Vahldiek, head of the systems and projects subdivision, said. “The anechoic chambers and shielded rooms from Albatross Projects and the company’s decades of experience combined with our products and expertise allow us to offer all-in-one solutions that meet our EMC customers’ requirements in all respects.”
Rohde & Schwarz’s North American office is in Flower Mound, Texas. Its partner Albatross Projects Group has set up AP Americas, a new subsidiary at the location.
Rohde & Schwarz and AP Americas will be at the IEEE EMC Symposium booth 803 from Aug. 7 to 9, 2012 in Pittsburgh, Pa.
