Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. has just announced its new Gen-2 TMBS Rectifiers. Benefits of these rectifiers include the ability to withstand 200 V, low forward voltage drops down to 0.65 V and an ability to operate in temperatures as high as 175 degrees Celsius. This new product offers high efficiency for users and also for LED lighting.
There are also four power packages buyers are able to choose from. “The TO-263AB package offers an MSL moisture sensitivity level of 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 245 °C. The TO-220AB, TO-220AC, and TO-262AA packages feature solder bath temperatures of 275 °C maximum, 10 s, per JESD 22-B106. The devices are compliant to RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and halogen-free according to JEDEC JS709A standards,” the company said.
