Pulse Electronics Corporation, a provider of electronic components, introduces a near field communications (NFC) antenna that enables mobile phones to read data from a distance of up to 40 mm.
The planar ferrite sheet-based antenna is 35mm x 50 mm with a 0.30mm minimum thickness and enables safe, non-contact, wireless communication for NFC connectivity to mobile devices. NFC antennas allow mobile devices to communicate with other wireless devices for payments, access and control, credential storage and exchange and content consumption.
Pulse Electronics’ ferrite sheet antenna is RoHS-compliant, meets EMVco specifications and can be custom configured to a customer’s specifications.
