Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Limited (AOS) announce the release of the AON6590, a 40V 0.99mOhm MOSFET in a compact DFN5x6 Package. The AON6590 is ideal for use in industrial and telecommunications applications.
Features of the AON6590 on-resistance improvement of 30 percent, reduction of conduction losses, lower case temperatures, low output capacitance, reduction of turn-off energy loss, robust switching performance, and more.
“AON6590 marks a new generation of products designed to enable rugged system solutions with higher power density. The new device allows our customer to design power supplies that run cooler and improve overall system reliability,” Stephen Chang, senior product marketing director at AOS, said.
