MPB Electronics has announced their new isotropic electric field probe with a frequency range of 10 MHz to 3 GHz.
The fiberoptically-coupled probe can measure peak, average, RMS, and channel power with a dynamic range of 85 dB (typical) at 500 MHz. Linearity is less than 0.5 dB at 500 MHz from 0.1 to 100 V/m. Correction factors are stored in an internal EEPROM. The long-life battery is replaceable.
