Introducing our AMP1150 2.0-7.0GHz High Power Solid-State Amplifier. The AMP1150 module produces 70W of CW power with a gain of 48dB. This is a “State-of- the-Art” Power Amplifier module that features our instantaneous ultra wide-band module with built-in protection circuits for superb reliability and ruggedness. It is of a Small Form Factor Light Weight design suitable for EW, EMI/RFI testing, phased arrays and any application requiring small size and high power density.
