New 1GHz Optically Isolated Differential Measurement System

Tektronix recently announced the highest bandwidth optically-isolated differential probing system at APEC 2016.

The system offers complete galvanic isolation between the measured system and oscilloscope. The system will accurately measure high bandwidth differential signals in the presence of large common-mode voltages. It will also offer immunity to external interference and EMI.

The optically-isolation technology is claimed to have greater than 120 dB common-mode rejection and 80 dB rejection at 1 GHz.
