ProTek Devices introduced multiple transient voltage suppressor (TVS) arrays featuring a variety of configurations ideal for embedded transient voltage protection for applications such as Ethernet, USB, smartphones, and other portable electronics. ProTek’s TVS Arrays product line provides protection from transients caused by Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), Electrical Fast Transients (EFT), Tertiary Lightning and other induced voltages. The devices have been tested up to 40,000 volts of contact ESD conditions.
The announced parts include the GBLCSCxx and GBLSCxxC(TM), GBLLC03 and GBLLC03C(TM), GBLCxxI and GBLCxxCI(TM) and GBLCxxLC(TM) that make up families or series of TVS arrays, respectively. All parts offer a low clamping voltage and are RoHS and REACH compliant.
