Agilent Technologies, a measurement and technological company in chemical analysis, diagnostics, electronics and communications, appointed Motabaqah, a Saudi Specialized Laboratories Co. as the sole “authorized provider of repair and calibration services for Agilent electronic test and measurement equipment in Saudi Arabia and other Arab Gulf states.”
Motabaqah provides laboratory certification, inspection, testing and calibration for all products made locally as well as many imported products. They specialize in automotive parts, textiles, petroleum, electronics, toys and more.
News was released during the first two-day metrology forum during late April in Khobar. The event was attended by presenters from NIST USA and several other national metrology institutions from the surrounding areas.
Benoit Neel, vice president and general manager of Middle East, North Africa and Europe field operations for Agilent stated, “we are very excited to partner with Motabaqah . . . their experience, vast sectors laboratories, and state-of-the-art technology and equipment allow them to perform inspection, testing and calibration according to the latest international specifications.”
