Agilent Technologies Inc. has introduced the Agilent 1220 Infinity LC system with DAD. This new integrated system brings UHPLC analytical power with diode-array detection to users who do not need the flexibility of a modular system.
The Agilent 1220 Infinity LC with DAD is an integrated, binary-gradient LC system with a pressure range of up to 600 bar, supporting both HPLC and the latest UHPLC technology, including sub-two micron and superficially porous columns. The built-in diode-array detector offers a full spectral data acquisition rate of 80 Hz. It is also capable of detecting very narrow peaks typical in UHPC analysis.
