LCR Electronics Inc., a manufacturer of EMI filters, ruggedized integrated chassis and electronic control products and backplanes, has released the FH Series of HEMP power line filters “designed to meet or exceed the requirements of MIL-STD-220 with 100dB attenuation from 14kHz to 1GHz.”
According to the company, the new HEMP power line filters “are capable of carrying full rated current without exceeding a 25 degree rise above ambient temperature” and “can be operated continuously at their rated currents and voltages [while] withstanding a 40 percent current overload for 15 minutes without degradation.”
The new filters meet point-of-entry requirements of MIL-STD-188-125-1 and MIL-STD-188-125-2 for short and intermediate pulses, as well as UL1283 and the latest revision of MIL-F-15733.
