Fujitsu has unveiled the latest device in its Jade SoC family, the MB86R02 Jade D which incorporates the powerful 32-bit ARM926EJ-S CPU core with the company’s graphics Coral PA processor. Based on Fujitsu’s proprietary 90nm CMOS process technology, Jade D is optimized for automotive applications requiring high CPU performance combined with sophisticated 2D/3D graphics. With many special features such as extended temperature range up to 105C, spread spectrum clock generation (SSCG) and APIX, the MB86R02 is seen as ideal for all modular automotive display applications. The device also meets the strict EMC requirements of display applications in vehicles and because of its potential for SoC integration it leads to higher performance at significantly lower system costs.Get more information from Fujitsu.
