Gene Koonce, owner of VIBE Technologies LLC and creator of the V.I.B.E. (Vibrational Integrated Bio-photonic Energizer), a machine designed to raise a body’s electromagnetic charge to a balance that has ostensible health benefits, has received a warning letter from the Food and Drug Administration. The letter, released April 11 from the administration’s Denver district director, stated that VIBE Technologies marketed and sold the VIBE machine before it had clearance and that it lacked a quality policy, among other violations.
