ETS-Lindgren Acquires EMV GmbH

ETS-Lindgren has acquired EMV Elektronische Meßgerate Vertriebs GmbH and its subsidiary EMSCREEN Electromagnetic Screening GmbH (collectively, “EMV”). EMV is a supplier of EMC and RF measurement systems, including the design and installation of architectural RF shielded facilities and AC-/DC-Power Sources. “The addition of a presence in Germany will allow us to better serve our valued customers in this important geographic region,” said ETS-Lindgren President Bruce Butler.
