Electronics company Toshiba Corporation has released DF6D7M1N and DF10G7M1N, two new multi-bit compact ESD protection diodes for high-speed data lines as part of the company’s “extreme high speed” series. According to the company, the new products “realize multiple diodes while maintaining the signal quality achieved by the low-inductance flow-through layout.”
According to Toshiba, key features of the new ESD protection diodes include low clamp voltage of VC=12V (typ.) at IEC61000-4-5 compliant (IPP=1A) and an ESD-immunity level of ±8kV guaranteed at IEC61000-4-2 compliant. The ESD protection diodes are available in small packages.
