CTS Corporation, through its CTS Electronic Components, Inc. and Tusonix, Inc subsidiaries, has released four new sample EMI filter kits designed specifically for military, industrial control, telecomm and T&M transport systems applications in the US and European markets. The 4100-900, 4100-901, 4400-900 and 4400-901 filter kits include a range of solder mount and US- or metric-thread bushing “C” and “Pi” filters unique to these markets.
Compliant with US industry standards, the 4100-901 kit includes “Pi” filter samples of solder mount and ultra-miniature US thread bushing filters. It features minimum capacitance values from 1,500 pF to 5,500 pF, 500 working voltage DC and 350 working voltage AC, both at 125°C.
Also available for the US market is the 4400-901 sample kit, which contains “C” type solder mount feed-through capacitors and thread bushing mount filters with capacitive performance that ranges up to 10 nF, tolerance up to +100-0% and 500 working voltage AC at 125°C.
The Europe-compliant 4100-900 kit consists of “Pi” filter samples of solder mount and ultra-miniature metric thread bushing (M5) filters. This kit features minimum capacitance values from 1,500 pF to 5,500 pF, 500 working voltage DC and 350 working voltage AC, both at 125°C.
The 4400-900 sample kit, also for the European market, contains “C” type solder mount feed-through capacitors and “C” type thread bushing mount filters with capacitive performance that ranges up to 10 nF, tolerance up to +100-0% and 500 working voltage AC at 85°C.
