Syfer Technology Ltd., a manufacturer of application-specific multilayer ceramic capacitors and EMI suppression filters, has announced that their E07 range of high-current three-terminal EMI chip filters has been extended to include a 3A device.
Suitable for use on DC lines on PCBs, the E07 filters are designed to reduce electromagnetic interference emanating from high-speed signal lines and integrated circuits, preventing the propagation of high frequency noise along power lines, the company said.
Designed for general signal filtering and use with high speed digital circuitry, the new 3A chip filters are ideal for use in the communications and automotive industries. The new 3A device is available in an 1812 chip size using X7R dielectric and features a capacitance range of100nF to 1.8µF, depending on the voltage rating (25, 50, 100 or 200VDC).
