Krytar, Inc., a manufacturer of ultra broadband microwave components and test equipment for both commercial and military applications, has announced the expansion of its directional coupler line with three new, compact ultra-broadband models covering a frequency range of 0.5 GHz to 26.5 GHz.
According to the company, the new directional couplers are ideal for a wide range of applications, including signal monitoring and measurement, antenna beam forming, cable distributed systems, and military and EMC testing environments.
Model 152610 includes Nominal Coupling (with respect to output) of 10 dB, ±1.0 dB and frequency sensitivity of ±1.0 dB. The directional coupler exhibits insertion loss (including coupled power) of less than 1.5 dB.
Model 152616 offers Nominal Coupling (with respect to output) of 16 dB, ±1.0 dB and and frequency sensitivity of ±1.2 dB. The directional coupler exhibits insertion loss (including coupled power) of less than 1.4 dB.
Model 152620 exhibits Nominal Coupling (with respect to output) of 20 dB, ±1.0 dB and and frequency sensitivity of ±1.5 dB. The directional coupler exhibits insertion loss (including coupled power) of less than 1.35 dB.
All three models feature a directivity of more than 13 dB, maximum VSWR of 1.45 and input power rating of 20 W average and 3 kW peak, and come with industry-standard 2.4-mm SMA female connectors.
