Composite Connectors Provide Good EMI Performance with 40 Percent Less Weight

The new all-composite Arinc 600 connector series for weight-sensitive aerospace applications has been released by connector manufacturer FilConn.

Comprised of a durable light-weight glass-filled material, the new Arinc 600 connector features the same performance and durability of its aluminum counterpart with a 40 percent reduction in weight. The composite Arinc 600 series is available in standard, filtered and transient suppression configurations.
