Gowanda Electronics, a business unit of Gowanda Components Group (GCG), has recently acquired Butler Winding in Butler, PA.
The company said its capabilities for the designing and manufacturing of inductors and other passive components will be expanding as a result of this acquisition.
It is anticipated that the company will relocate from Butler, PA to GCG’s facilities in Arcade, NY in the near future.
