A recently released series of surface-mount aluminum capacitors from Vishay Intertechnology target high-density PCB applications. The ECL series feature a non-solid, self-healing electrolyte. For high temperature operation, a heat-resistant pad and molded base plate provide additional stability and protection. These capacitors offer low impedance down to 90 mΩ at 100 kHz, a rated ripple current of 670 mA at +105 degrees C, and a capacitance range from 10 µF over a voltage range of 6.3 V to 50 V. Specified according to IEC 60384-EN 130300, these devices feature a projected life of 2000 hours at 105 degrees C. Supplied in blister tape-on-reel packaging, these RoHS-compliant capacitors are compatible with reflow soldering and automatic insertion machines.Find additional product information on the Vishay Intertechnology website.
