Data acquisition and synthesis solutions company Ultraview Corporation has released the ULTRADYNE16-250Mx2AVE-8GB-50T/155T and ULTRADYNE16-250x4AVE-8GB-50T/155T 16-bit 4-channel 250-megasample-per-second A/D converter boards for medical, military and scientific applications.
According to the company, the A/D converter boards are designed for applications in which signals on several time-aligned channels need to be observed with high signal-to-noise ratio. Ideal applications for the A/D converter boards include radar, ultrasound, communication systems and antenna testing. Each board averages repetitive signal strings as many as one million times with lengths to 16384 samples and 262144 samples uninterruptedly for the -50T model and -155T model respectively.
The A/D converter boards feature averaging and triggering modes and function as high dynamic range general purpose high speed data acquisition boards with a continuous transfer speed of up to 1.4 gigabytes per second.
