European legislative requirements for defence materiel are a hot topic of debate currently with manufacturers, suppliers, advisors and the MoD. In response, the EMC Test House Association (EMCTLA) has teamed up with TRaC, the Test, Regulation and Compliance company to offer a one-day seminar on the subject. The seminar, which will be held Jan. 11 at the Hilton Swindon in the United Kingdom, will assemble industry experts, manufacturers and the MoD together in a must-attend event highlighting and exploring the issues and routes to compliance (where applicable) to ensure that products procured and supplied meet both contractual and legislative requirements in the EU. Whilst predominately aimed at defence equipment, there is significant overlap with products relating to ‘state security’ which will also be covered.See the agenda.
