Former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee will deliver a keynote speech at the EMPACT America Conference on Sept. 10 at the Seneca Niagara Hotel and Casino in Niagara Falls, N.Y.Huckabee is the host of “Huckabee” on the Fox News Channel, and is heard three times daily on the “Huckabee Report” on the ABC Radio Network.
