3M announced the appointment of Vojislav (Voyl) Divljakovic to vice president and general manager of Austin-based Electronic Solutions Division, effective Aug. 5. Divljakovic replaces Hervé Gindre who was recently appointed vice president and general manager, Electronics Markets Materials Division, based in St. Paul, Minn. Both divisions are part of the Austin-headquartered Electro and Communications Business that generated more than $2.8 billion in global sales in 2008.He will be a U.S.-based employee, leading the 3M Electronic Solutions Division from offices in Austin and Singapore.
