Astrodyne TDI announces its new high power 3-phase AC-DC power suppliers, the LiquaBlade™ Series. “These rectifiers combine advanced DC power processing, the latest silicon carbide semiconductors, patented liquid cooling and sophisticated microprocessor controls,” according to the company.
Features of this series include a high frequency switch mode, a wide operating AC input range of 380-480V, full power factor correction, programmable output options up to 600 VDC, compliance with SEMI F47 and more. The rectifiers can also be liquid cooled up to 16.5 kW in a 1U space.
The LiquaBlade Series is suited for high power computing, industrial heating tools, electric vehicle super charges and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
