OMEGA introduces its new series of handheld wireless Bluetooth Transmitters.
This series combines the accuracy of an industrial sensor/transmitter with the convenience of smartphones and tablets, according to the company. The transmitters measure different sensor inputs such as RTD, relative humidity, thermocouple and pH, and then wirelessly transmit the data to the users smartphone or tablet via the free UWBT application that runs on iOS or Andriod smartphone/tablets.
The free UWBT app has the ability to be configured in 9 different languages, monitors and logs sensor data to smartphones and tablets, displays sensor data in digital, graph or gauge format and can be paired with multiple transmitters simultaneously.
“This CE compliant product has the capability to download logged data to your smart phone or tablet and email the data to an email address or to the Cloud, the UWBT logs up to 10 samples per second and logs data to the handheld transmitter with date/time stamping or directly to your smartphone/tablet and works with mobile devices and computers with USB communications,” according to the company.
