Agilent Technologies has introduced the E5063A PCB Analyzer for printed circuit board impedance testing in manufacturing.
Tighter impedance tolerance is a direct result of increasing data rates, the company says, and more accurate impedance test solutions for PCB manufacturing are now required to achieve signal integrity. To meet that demand, the E5063A PCB Analyzer offers advanced error-correction methods to enhance measurement accuracy and improve yield for PCB impedance testing.
A number of new features are available with the E5063A PCB Analyzer. Option 011 in the E5063A PCB Analyzer now supports simplified and traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean, providing easier access and operation in global installations. In addition, the ESD protection circuit now available on the E5063A PCB Analyzer helps overcome the serious ESD damage that traditional PCB measurement solutions can encounter.
“In addition to enhancements that go beyond traditional test solutions, we offer the solution at an affordable price,” Akira Nukiyama, vice president and general manager of Agilent’s component test division, said. “Continuous achievements in high-speed digital applications and uncompromising expertise in RF measurements enable us to achieve these breakthroughs with the E5063A PCB Analyzer.”
