Elasto Proxy, a supplier of specialty seals and custom insulation, has released new EMI/RFI shielding silicones that meet the MIL-DTL-83528 specification for electrically-conductive elastomeric gaskets with shielding.
Aerospace, military, electronics, and communications equipment customers who need EMI/RFI conductive silicone compounds can chose ultra-thin sheets and rolls down to 0.25 mm (0.010″), or choose continuous rolls instead of common molded sheets. The MIL-DTL-83528-compliant materials also include reinforced EMI/RFI conductive silicones for maximum strength. Buyers can also choose superior nickel-coated graphite silicones with the performance level of silver-coated products.
