AWT Global, developer of high-end digital communications, has released the UBA 9290 Series field strength analyzer. Battery operated and handheld, the UBA 9290 has high sensitivity down to -117 dBm with a measurement range from 100 kHz to 2.9 GHz, and a span range from 1MHZ to 1GHz. AWT says that the product is great for “applications in telecommunications, cable TV, RFID, WiFi, and general analysis, service and maintenance of RF systems.”
Featuring a TFT color LCD display (320 x 240), UBA 9290 also offers 100 presets “such as predefined range or channel settings and other special functions that are commonly used in analog communication systems” making it very straightforward and easy to use.
