TDK Corporation has released the E series of EPCOS multilayer varistors for electrostatic discharge protection of bus systems in automotive electronics.
The new series of multilayer varistors exhibits an operating temperature of up to 150°C with an operating voltage range of 14 V DC to 40 V DC. The E series is compliant with AEC-Q200 and RoHS-compatible.
