ProTek Devices announced the release of the PLR0524P, the PLR0524 and the PLR 0521, three new transient voltage suppressor (TVS) arrays that are ideal for providing electrical protection in telecommunication devices, consumer electronics and computing equipment. ProTek Devices is a privately-held semiconductor company that has been offering surge suppressor and voltage regulation products for more than 20 years.
The PLR0524P and the PLR0524 are ultra low capacitance (0.4pF typical I/O to I/O) steering diode/TVS arrays that provide protection from electrostatic discharges (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), surges and lightning for up to four lines. The PLR0521 is an ultra low capacitance (0.4pF typical) TVS array that provides ESD and EFT protection for one bidirectional line. All three products are available in mass quantities.
