Antenna solutions company Taoglas has released a range of ultra-wideband LTE antennas for use in high performance wireless access. The company’s new array of antennas include through hole, adhesive and connector mount external antennas as well as internal, surface mount, on-board and off-board flexible polymer antennas.
The TG.30 Apex is a ground plane independent antenna with a SMA (M) connector and a swivel mechanism designed for use with 4G LITE modules and devices that require high efficiency and peak gain. The FXB.66 Maximus is an ultrathin, flexible antenna that attaches to non-metal surfaces using 3M adhesive designed for use in cellular, Wi-Fi, ISM and GNSS bands in the 700-6000 MHz spectrum. The PA.710A Warrior is a ceramic PIFA antenna designed to work with high efficiency at the 4G LTE 700 MHz band and the 2G/3G 850/900/1700/1800/1900/2100 bands.
The company hopes that the new antennas will “future-proof” M2M devices for next generation networks.
